How many clients and projects can I manage through my account?

The application tikktakk can handle any number of clients and projects. The different editions of tikktakk will over different levels of data handling. Please refer to START page within our website for the exact details of each edition.

Can tikktakk share data with other applications?

Not yet. But, there will be an API for sharing data with other applications in the very near future.

Can I export data from tikktakk?

Not yet. We will advise you of additional features and updates on our website, in the application itself and in our user Forum

Can I export my data if I do not want to use tikktakk anymore?

You can export some of your data like quotes or invoices as they can be downloaded as PDF files.

Is it possible to use tikktakk over an encrypted connection?

Access to the tikktakk application is always encrypted. The entire data exchange is protected by SSL.

Can I install tikktakk on my server?

No. tikktakk is only available as a web-based application hosted carefully on our servers.

How much storage space do I have?

You can refer to the START page on our website which lists the details of each application edition. Your storage limit depends on the edition you choose: "ultimate" customers have 50GB per user; "enterprise" customers have 5Gb per user; "team" customers have 2GB per user; and, "basic" customers have 1GB for individual use.

Can I pay for tikktakk a year in advance?

Yes you can! You can opt to pay monthly or annually for the "ultimate", "enterprise" and "team" editions. We only require a full annual payment for the "basic" edition.

What is an mandator?

A mandator is an account owner. Your mandator name, essentially your company name, is how you will be recognized in the application - by yourself, any other team members you add to your account, and to any clients you invite to view your account. You will have only one mandator per account you open with tikktakk.

What is an account owner?

The account owner is the individual or company who originally set up your tikktakk account. Only the account owner can choose the mandator name on the account, will be solely responsible for all billing and charges related to the account, and can up/downgrade your edition.

 

Can I change the account owner on our account?

Yes, you can. Please use the respective form, which you will find the in ADMIN section of the application. You will need to download this form, complete it and fax it back to us. Remember, only the current Account Owner will be able to make this request to transfer the account.

Where can I find our invoices or can I get a copy of an invoice?

You will find your invoices in the ADMIN section of the application. They can be downloaded or printed.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Your contract term will be for one year from the date that you sign up for tikktakk. This start date will not begin until the end of your 30-day free trial at which time you decide to become a paying customer.

How much does tikktakk cost?

tikktakk is inexpensive! Please refer to the START page within our website which will list monthly prices per user and all edition details so that you can decide on the best option for your business needs.

Which types of payment do you accept?

We accept PAYPAL, MC, VISA and bank transfer for German customers only.

Do I have to pay VAT?

This will depend on your country of residence: If you are a customer from Switzerland, your business partner is MOASE Solutions AG and you will be subject to Swiss VAT (at the current rate). If you are a European Union customer, your business partner is MOASE Solutions GmbH and you will not be subject to VAT unless you are registered in Germany. If your business address is in Germany, you will be charged German VAT (at the current rate) unless you provide a valid European VAT Reg.No. For all other countries not in the EU or Switzerland, your business partner is MOASE Solutions AG and you will not be subject to VAT.

Can I upgrade or downgrade to a different edition?

Of course. As we bill on a monthly basis, we will accept your requests to upgrade and downgrade on a monthly basis as well. Please notify us in writing by sending us an email to support@tikktakk.com stating that you wish to upgrade/downgrade and the month you wish to begin with the new edition.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Your tikktakk trial account will include the functionality of the application edition of your choice. Please enjoy tikktakk for a 30-day period free-of-charge with no obligation. At the end of your trial, continue with the same edition you tested or if it’s not quite right, upgrade or downgrade to another edition that is most appropriate for your business needs. We will not expect your payment until after your free trial period has passed and you decide to buy.

I forgot my login address. Help!

Look for an email we sent you after your account was created. Your personal login address should be something similar to companyname.tikktakk.com. If you cannot locate this email, write us at support@tikktakk.com

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by going to the ADMIN section in the tikktakkk application. There in the 'user settings’ you will find the location where you can change your password

Which browsers are supported?

tikktakk runs on Windows, MAC OS and Linux with up-to-date versions of Firefox (3.0.x and 3.5.x), IE 7 & 8, Safari (3.2 and 4).

Is tikktakk always available?

Yes! We endeavor to provide uninterrupted service 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Can I try before I buy?

Of course! You can trial any of our 4 editions for 30 days prior to making the decision to buy.

Yes. To get the most out of tikktakk, we encourage you to invite your customers to use tikktakk.

 

Where do I specify who can see which type of information in tikktakk?

This is done in the ADMIN section of the application under Permissions.

How many users can be added to one account?

This will depend on the edition you choose. Only the basic edition limits the number of users as this was designed for individual users. Please consult the START page of the website for full details about limitations to number of users.

What elements are customizable on my tikktakk interface?

You will be able to add your company logo, and choose the colors for your workflow and table headers of the index view.

How do I add my company logo to my tikktakk interface?

You can add your company's logo by following the instructions in the application's ADMIN section under Mandator Settings.

How do I choose the colours for my tikktakk interface?

In the ADMIN section of the application, we have a group of pre-selected colour schemes for you to choose from. Add your company logo as well to personalize your tikktakk experience..

Can I store document files in tikktakk?

Yes, you can. This is done in the attachments feature. You can store all kinds of document formats, including your private photos if you choose to.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take all reasonable precautions to protect your data. Your data is kept entirely separate to other user's data. All data is encrypted and kept in the most secure environment available where it is hidden from search engines and hackers. We use SSL certification and our servers ignore all requests for data, which are not made via the tikktakk application and your unique session key.

My data is confidential. How is it protected?

Your data will remain your data. It will not be seen by any third party that you have not given express access to from within your account, for example when you invite one of your clients. Some data or actions performed from within the system will be anonymized and used in our event ticker on the Home page of our website, such as "someone signed on a new project in Berlin, Germany."

Where is my data stored?

The main server of tikktakk is housed in a state-of-the-art data center in a highly secure and redundantly distributed server cloud.

Is my data backed up in case of emergency?

All data are redundantly stored, in different continents and backed up more than once daily. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of system-wide emergency.
