How do I archive a customer or a project?

You can archive a customer or a project by selecting the one you wish to archive then clicking on the archive button. It is that simple. To unarchive an item, you go into your archived data area, select the one you wish to unarchive, click the unarchive button and the customer or project is again ready for active use. Archived items are not counted towards your edition limits.

What is an adminstrator (aka admin)? Can we have multiple admins? How can I give someone admin access?

You can assign administrative rights to several users in your mandator. We leave this us to you. The admins can determine access rights to all of your company data as well as permissions for customers who you invite to view your account or share documents with. Initially, this will be done by your account owner who can assign further admin roles for your mandator.

Can I limit the rights of a user?

All editions except BASIC will allow you to assign roles and limit the rights of users. You can do this in the ADMIN section under Permissions. If you have been assigned Admin rights on your account and mandator, then you will have free liberty to choose who can see what. We leave this up to you. Please check the details of the edition you work with as the depth of roles and limitations will vary from edition to edition.

Can I share reports with a customer?

Yes, you can share reports and many other kinds of information with your customers. There are two ways to do this. First, you can send your customer a direct link to view the document in tikktakk. The second option is by inviting them into your mandator. Your customer will need to register for tikktakk but will not need to become a paying user. You can decide what information is available for viewing by giving them the appropriate permissions. This is done in the ADMIN section of the application under Permissions => invite customer.
