How to create a quote?

Click on “New Quote” in the main navigation.If you enter your data in the “Administration”, subsection “documents” (Logo, address, introduction- and closing text), your data will automatically appear in the mask for quotes. Now choose a customer or enter new data for a customer. Then you can generate your quote. Finally you can save your quote or directly send it to your customer.

How can I provide the quote to the customer?

 You can send this quote via E-Mail or you can print out and send it by post. If you send the quote via E-Mail, your customer will receive a link to your quote in pdf-form. Your customer can look at it and print it as well.

How can the customer verify the quote?

 For your customer there are two possibilities to verify a quote.
The first option is to print it, sign it and send it back by post. But much easier is to verify it directly in tikktakk.com.
